As a travel blog, we have a list of places that we want to visit, this comes from all across the globe, from here in the United Kingdom, to cities across Europe, America and Asia. Below is some examples and why we would like to visit them.
Miami: Growing up, I played Grand Theft Auto: Vice City a lot. The architecture of Miami, with its rolling beaches and 80s vibes, made me want to visit here one day. Nowadays, I support the Florida Panthers, which are based nearby, which is another reason why I would want to check this city out.
Luxembourg: Weirdly, the capital of Luxembourg is actually called…you guessed it, Luxembourg. It is bordered with Germany, France, and Belgium. Once again, the architecture there is grand. They have a huge tunnel network that consists of dungeons, prisons, and an archaeological crypt.
Dubrovnik: is a city in southern Croatia famed for its walled city. My parents’ honeymoon was here, so it would be nice to visit it.
Zurich: Swiss city, made famous for it’s Lindt Chocolate Factory…well, for me, that’s my reason for wanting to go. Waterfront promenades line the Limmat River.
Nice & Monaco: I remember back in the day playing a rally game, where a stage took place across the Côte d’Azur, it looked stunning. In my later years I have come to realise that it was indeed the French Riviera, which features the city of Nice and the municipality of Monaco, along with seaside towns of Eze, Antibes & Saint Tropez.
Of course there are plenty more cities, towns, countries that I would love to visit. I’d personally love to visit as many European cities as I can in my lifetime, and luckily we do a lot of cruises so can tick quite a few off that way. 2026 alone we are visiting the following cities/islands.
