Growing up, sports and I just didn’t click. Watching football felt like a chore, though I did have fun kicking the ball around with my mates. Fast forward a few years, and now I’m all about that sporty life!
It all started with joining the Bristol Panthers, an awesome LGBT football team. Then, I took aim with archery and hit the bullseye of my heart. But the fun didn’t stop there. One day, I ventured out to catch a game by my local ice hockey heroes, the Cardiff Devils, and it was love at first puck drop!
Nowadays, I proudly support Aston Villa FC, and my sports passion has crossed the pond. I’m all in for American sports, cheering on the Florida Panthers (Stanley Cup champs, baby!) and the Kansas City Chiefs (because back-to-back Superbowls is how we roll). The Olympics? Yes, please. Tennis and Formula 1? Count me in!
So, what’s next on my sports radar? Fencing seems thrilling, and I’m itching to dust off my football boots. Stay tuned, because this sports story is just getting started!
