Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening, wherever you happen to be reading from. Today’s prompt will have two different answers from me. The first is something around the home—and trust me, everyone would probably relate to this! The second one is about travelling, more specifically, a destination I really want to visit! Around the Home
What is everyone’s least favourite chore around the home? I’ll give you a few seconds to think about it…got it? It’s ironing! Who even likes ironing, it is one of the most mundane tasks around the home. In our house the laundry gets done, all washed, dried and then it’s stuck in limbo in the ironing basket, waiting to see who will make the first move to start ironing. Who has more t-shirts that they can wear without the need to start ironing? Usually, I end up ironing as I quickly run out of t-shirts to wear. That, and I prefer to do one big mountain rather than many small piles.
Travelling
The second answer to the prompt is regarding travelling and a place I have been eyeing up for a while now, and that place is…The French Riviera. It just looks stunning over there, I want to visit the likes of Saint Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Eze and Monaco. I wanted to visit last April but the husband wouldn’t allow it, so now I am eyeing it up for October this year, and if that doesn’t happen, he did promise me it in 2026, so either way, it’s finally going to happen. Also, we have changed one of our cruise itineraries and it now stops at Toulon, which is another town on the French Riviera, so I will definitely be exploring a part of it this year!
