Good morning, good afternoon and good evening, wherever you happen to be reading this from. If you’re here, then you’ve clicked the link that I have shared over on the Facebook group for Arvia. I just wanted to create a handy guide for anyone who wants to know what to do in some of the ports that Arvia visits (these are based on our recent cruise in July), and those of you who are wondering what the food on board the ship is like.
Port Guides:
Dining On Board:
Now, many of these reviews are based on our four travels to Iona, but since these initial reviews, we have been on Arvia. Out of all the options below, the ones we enjoyed the most were 6th Street Diner, Keel & Cow, and Glass House.
- The Main Dining Rooms – Booked in advance once on board, or turn up.
- The Quays – Turn up whenever.
- Keel & Cow – Book a table in advance once on board.
- Sindhu – Can be pre-booked before the cruise, or once on board.
- 6th Street Diner – *Review coming soon
- Taste 360 – Grab and Go style.
- The Beach House – Can be pre-booked before the cruise, or once on board.
- The Glass House – Can be booked once on the ship.
- Horizon Buffet – Turn up whenever.
We have also created an ultimate cruise packing list, so check that out to make sure you don’t forget anything!
