I would love to learn to make chocolate. I love chocolate. I love chocolate cake. I love chocolate ice cream. I love hot chocolate. I love cold chocolate. I love chilli chocolate. I…love…chocolate. There are 2 places my love of chocolate came from, firstly, my nan was a chocoholic and love the indulgent treat. Secondly, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Seeing that film as a child, seeing the river of chocolate and the whole edible world inside the factory made me fall in love with the stuff.
Now, when I am on my travels, I always have to pop into a local supermarket and check out their range of chocolate, and there has been one bar which I have stumbled across which is absolutely top tier. Nestle Jungly. For any UK readers, it’s like the discontinued Animal Bar, but bigger, and filled with crunchy biscuit pieces, it also comes in Dark or White chocolate bars too. This bar reminds me of my childhood, as I used to have Animal Bars in my lunchbox to school, and was bitterly disappointed when Nestle discontinued the bars a few years back.
I would love to learn how to make, temper, and sculpt chocolate, perhaps it’ll be something I look into. For sure, I doubt there will be many jobs in the field around me, but maybe it’s something worth checking out.
Competition Winner Announcement!
That’s right, it’s the 1st of October, and like that, our competition is closed, meaning that one of my followers will be the winner of a £10 Amazon voucher. The way I have selected the winner is by using a Random Wheel Spinner, inputting, rather painstakingly all the names of my followers, and span. I am glad to reveal the winner is… AKings. I will be in contact to sort out your prize!
