Good morning, good afternoon and good evening, wherever you happen to be reading from. Another writing prompt today, and another apt one for our blog. Thanks to Hello Fresh, I have been cooking up a whole host of different cuisines from Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Italian, American, German, French, and of course, British. The one we cook the most would have to be Italian, because my husband is an absolute fiend for pasta and cheese. However, for me, I enjoy cooking Indian cuisine, purely for the aromas that it creates in the kitchen.
To spin it around, my speciality food in terms of eating would be American. We went to Kansas City 2 years ago and I absolutely fell in love with Missouri BBQ. Not only that but I enjoyed American burgers, cornbread, deep dish pizzas, biscuits & gravy, their style of hash brown. The list is endless.
