The hardest decision I had to make was to leave my previous job as a baker, and have summer off to enjoy it with my husband. I left retail to pursue a possible career in baking. I enjoyed baking as a hobby at home, and thought maybe I could make a living out of it. Only downside was that I enjoyed baking cakes etc, but the job was on the bread side, I gambled and went for it. However after 3 months I had decided it wasn’t for me, and that I was to leave and have summer with my husband, which was nice. But little old me did find it hard handing my notice in.
Only a short one today due to a busy day, it’s Black Friday here in the UK and I am looking out for some bargains for Christmas gifts! So have a good day, have a good weekend, and enjoy tomorrows blog post regarding an international showdown between two cafe’s in our Food Fight series!
