If you’re exploring dessert options in Toronto, Marry Me Mochi is a popular stop for something a little different. Located inside the bustling CF Toronto Eaton Centre, this vendor specialises in colourful mochi donuts — a chewy Japanese-inspired twist on the classic donut.

Dining at Marry Me Mochi:
During a visit to the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, my husband wanted to check out the Canadian bookstore chain Indigo Books & Music. After browsing for a while, we headed down to the lower level food area to see what dessert options were available — and that’s when we spotted Marry Me Mochi.
Their speciality is mochi donuts, and there were plenty of flavours to choose from. In the end, I kept things classic and went for the cinnamon mochi donut.
Atmosphere & Setting:
This is very much a grab-and-go vendor rather than a traditional café. There are no dedicated seating areas at the stall itself, but being located inside the mall means there are plenty of places nearby to sit if needed.
The shopping centre was clean and well-maintained, and during our visit it wasn’t overly busy, which made the experience feel relaxed.
What We Ordered:
Cinnamon Mochi Donut: The texture was exactly what you want from a mochi donut — slightly chewy with a soft, fluffy interior. The cinnamon flavour was well-balanced, giving a warm sweetness without being overpowering, and the aroma was fantastic.
Service & Overall Experience
The staff member who served us was incredibly friendly and even suggested some other flavours worth trying. Service was quick and efficient, perfect for a mall snack stop.
Final Thoughts:
Marry Me Mochi is a great place to grab a mochi donut while shopping at the Eaton Centre. While we did slightly prefer the mochi donuts we previously tried at Blackhole Bakery, these were still excellent and definitely worth trying if you’re exploring Toronto’s dessert scene.
Pros and Cons:
- Excellent chewy mochi texture✅
- Good range of flavours✅
- Grab and go, no seating❌
