Mildred’s has a lively, slightly studious atmosphere, with the space often filled with people working on laptops or catching up over coffee. At times, it almost feels like a modern-day internet café, buzzing with quiet productivity.
Despite this, there’s a warm and welcoming energy throughout. Conversations between friends blend with the hum of activity, creating a relaxed yet vibrant environment where you could easily spend a few hours unwinding.
What We Ordered:
The menu at Mildred’s is packed with classic American breakfast favourites, each executed with care and attention to flavour. We tried the Standard Breakfast Sandwich, loaded with steamed eggs, bacon, American Swiss cheese, and Dijon mayo—simple, but incredibly well balanced.
We also sampled the Chipotle Breakfast Wrap, which delivered a satisfying kick thanks to its combination of steamed eggs, smoky bacon, breakfast potatoes, cheddar, and chipotle aioli, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
